 Fitting Instructions
Step 1
Hold mask in your hand as shown, with the nosepiece at your fingertips and the headbands hanging freely below your hand Inspect to make sure that there are no pin holes in the staple locations.
Step 2
Place mask under your chin wit the nosepiece up. Pull the top headband to back of head.
Step 3
Pull the bottom headband overhead and pace around neck below ears.
Step 4
Adjust headbands for a comfortable fit. Push the nosepiece inward with your fingertips to conform to the shame of the ridge of your nose.
Caution:
The mask should be fit-checked for each wearing. Place both hands completely over the mask and exhale. If air leaks around nose or the edges, adjust the nosepiece and/or headbands until a good fit is achieved. The fit of each mask should be inspected prior to each use to assure there are no holes in the breathing zone (other than the punctures for staples), and that no damage has occurred. Enlarged holes resulting from ripped or torn filter material around staple punctures are considered damage.
Service Time Limitation
1. Do not use the same face mask for more than eight hours, continuous or intermittent, in dirty workplaces that could result in higher filter loading.
2. Leave contaminated area and remove face mask if breathing becomes difficult, if proper fit cannot be obtained, or if the face mask is damages, soiled, or distorted. Do not use the same face mask again once removed.
3. The maximum service time of this face mask is five consecutive calendar days (including days of non-use) begining from the first day of use.
Warnings:
1. Wearer must read fitting instructions and use limitations before use.
2. The face mask does not protect against the risk of contracting disease or infection.
3. Before use, the wearer must be trained in the proper use in accordance with applicable safety and health standards for the contaminate and exposure level in the work area.
Limited Warranty
This limited warranty is made in lieu of the warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purposes, and all other warranties, express or implied. There are no other warranties which extend beyond the description of the face hereof. The physical standards and specifications of AMMEX face masks will be met by products sold.
Exclusive Remedies: Damages for the breach of this limited warranty are limited to the replacement of such quantity of AMMEX Face Masks, product proved to be defectively manufactured. Except as provided above, AMMEX shall no be liable or responsible for any loss, damage, or liability, direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, arising out of the sale, use or misuse, or the inability to use product bu the user.

2. Cautions and Limitations
A - Not for use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5 percent oxygen.
B - Not for use in atmospheres immediately dangerous to life or health.
C - Do not exceed maximum use concentrations established by
regulatory standards.
J - Failure to properly use and maintain this product could result in injury or death.
M - All approved respirators shall be selected, fitted, used, and maintained in accordance with MSHA, OSHA and other.
N - Never substitute, modify, add, or omit parts. Use only exact
replacement parts in the configuration as specified by the
manufacturer.
O - Refer to User’s Instructions, and/or maintenance manuals for information on use and maintenance of these respirators.
P - NIOSH does not evaluate respirators for use as surgical masks
