About the Author:
Jay "Fishy" Fullum retired from the newspaper business-writing the outdoor columns for the Troy Record and Albany Times Union-and has since been writing, drawing, and photographing articles in American Angler and Fly Tyer. He gives fly-tying demonstrations in classes and seminars and is a featured tier and lecturer at the International Fly Tying Symposium in Somerset, New Jersey.
