Recipe: 1 ½ cups of water, 2 tbsp butter, 1 ½ cups of milk, 2 cups of potato flakes, ½ tsp salt; combine water, milk, salt and butter. Bring to boil. Remove from heat, add potato flakes, stir and let stand 30 sec to 1 min until moisture is absorbed. Fluff with fork. Do not over whip potatoes on high speed mixer.
The Potato Flakes are vacuum sealed in the mylar bag. Then, the mylar bag is sealed in a superpail.
