Ingredients: cooked beef (beef flavoring, salt), sour cream (cultured cream, milk, whey, sodium phosphate, guar gum, carrageenan, calcium sulfate, locust bean gum, and cultures), mushrooms, modified corn starch, corn oil, nonfat dry milk, dehydrated onions, salt, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, (corn torula and brewers yeast, wheat gluten, soy protein), lemon juice concentrate and lemon oil, beef base (roasted beef and concentrated beef stock, hydrolyzed vegetable protein [corn gluten, soy, corn, and wheat], sugar, dried whey and yeast extract), molasses, spices, garlic powder, soybean oil and spice extract. precooked noodles: durum semolina, whole eggs, and salt. Allergens: milk, wheat, soy, eggs and sulfites.

Easy to Prepare:
1. Open pouch at tear notch. Remove and discard oxygen absorber.
2. Carefully add 2 cups (16 oz) boiling water to pouch.
3. Stir thoroughly and close zipper. Let stand 8-9 minutes. Stir and serve. For your convenience, eat right our o the pouch.
Pouches--10 Year Shelf Life
Based on our ongoing sensory and nutrition testing of actual Mountain House products, in 2012 the shelf life was increased by an impressive 42%, from 7 years to 10 years! That’s right -- our shelf life is at least 10 years from the date of manufacture as long as the pouch is stored unopened in a cool area. After 10 years a change in flavor and appearance may be noticed. We have personally tasted pouches that were 30 years old and they still taste great. For best results, avoid prolonged storage at temperatures above 75° F (24° C).
SHIPPING TIMES: Most, but not all orders leave our warehouse within 1-7 business days. Allow time from the day we ship for FedEx or the USPS to deliver it to you from Upstate NY. Please call for rush orders before 2:00 Eastern time. That means that some items, to some locations could take two weeks or more. Remember, we're a 50 year old family run business, so feel free to call us for a rush. We can get most of our items out the same day and use next day air and get it to you tomorrow, but you need to call before 2:00 Eastern time.
