Survival Braid 550 paracord dog collars are the strongest and most useful paracord dog collars on the market. We start with a double-ply nylon collar, weave 13-20 feet (depending on collar size) of USA made 550 paracord onto the collar and then attach super strong triple plated metal hardware. In a survival situation with your dog and need paracord? No problem, just remove the paracord and you still have a collar to put back onto Fido! No other paracord dog collar offers this versatility. Also, paracord dog collars with no ‘base’ collar will stretch out over time, COBRABRAID paracord dog collars with their nylon do not stretch out. To measure your dogs neck, wrap a flexible tape measure around the neck with 2-3 fingers inside (however tight/loose you like your dog’s collar) and measure. If you don’t have a flexible tape measure, just use a piece of string and measure the string. Our collars are adjustable, so it’s best to choose a size somewhere in the middle so you can adjust as or if necessary. It has an outer sheath and 7 braided inner strands. That's why it's so strong. our paracord is nylong so it won't mildew or rot. It is so versatile in that lets say you have a bracelet that's made out of 7 feet of paracord. You then have 7 feet of the outder sheath as well as 7 feet each of the 7 inner strands. If you pull it all apart (and that is so easy to do) you have 56 feet of material to work with. That is amazing! there's nothing like paracord.
