The DT 300VW is Sangean's flagship AM/FM/weather band portable radio. It comes with all the company's top features including a digital tuner, front-panel speaker and earbud style in-ear headphones.The most notable convenience feature offered by this unit is its digital clock. It also has an alarm, and a 1-180 minute timer. Because the tuner is digital, it can't drift off the station frequency -- and it has several other useful features including 36 programmable memory presets, an auto memory preset option, auto channel scan, and channel scan for just the programmable presets.The single front-panel speaker could prove convenient, but when you need stereo sound you'll have to throw on the 'phones.
