The Explore series of snowshoes feature Lynx stainless steel crampons, on an aluminum tube frame with vinyl decking. Pivot Rod Hinge does not lift the tail of the shoe from the snow, allowing tail to drag in the snow for added floatation. CONTROL binding features a solid polymer heel plate, semi- rigid injection-molded polyurethane toe and heel frames for superior lateral support. Quick adjust nylon webbing secures foot in frame, and a flexible urethane heel strap stretches to hold heel of boot securely. Model 25: weight: 3.8lbs, user weight up to 175lbs.
