Return Policy

We have created this return policy to make the return process as easy as possible and to allow us to complete your return in an expedited manner. Please review the following return policies and follow the one that matches your situation.

General Returns/Exchanges

This policy covers all items not fitting any other policy. You will have 7 Days from the date that the item arrives at your home or business to initiate a return or exchange with us. You MUST contact us prior to sending the product back to us. We will issue an RMA number to you so we can better track your return. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package so we can identify your return. You will be emailed a form that must be included in the package for us to complete the return. Failure to follow these instructions could lead to a delay in processing your return. Please allow up to 3 weeks to process your return. The refund amount will not include any shipping charges. All returned items must be unopened, in new condition and returned in the original shipping container. If the return does not follow all of these requirements, we may have to charge more for the restock fee. Please contact us via email at andy@jhlsupply.com for all return requests.

Restock Fee Schedule

All returns are subject to the following restock fee schedule:

  • All Items - 5% Restock fee will be deducted from the return amount.
  • Rain Ponchos - 25% Restock fee will be deducted from the return amount.
  • Large Orders - All large orders may be subject to increased fees based on current supplier return fees.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Any items meant for consumption such as food, beverage, medicinal and supplemental products are not returnable.

  • All Nuclear related products are not returnable.


SHIPPING POLICY

When placing your order, you will notice the following statement in the billing information page of the order process "Shipping may be added to your order. For terms, see the Info page." This is because the Yahoo shopping system that we rely on for our shopping cart system will not charge shipping properly all the time. If FedEx does not offer certain services to your area, it could throw off the charges. We may contact you if your shipping charges are obviously too low.

SHIPPING TIMES:

Most, but not all complete orders leave our warehouse within 1-7 business days. Allow time from the day we ship for FedEx or the USPS to deliver it to you from Upstate NY. Please call for rush orders before 2:00 Eastern time. That means that some items, to some locations could take two weeks or more. Remember, we're a 50 year old family run business, so feel free to call us for a rush. We can get most of our items out the same day and use next day air and get it to you tomorrow, but you need to call before 2:00 Eastern time.

If you are placing an order for the holidays please consider before you place the order that all of our 20,000 products may not be able to get to you in time. Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-7 business days. Allow time from the day we ship for FedEx to deliver it. Please call for rush orders."

SHIPPING RATES:

If you notice that the shipping rate seems high, feel free to contact us (before we charge the card and ship the order) and we will re-evaluate the shipping charge that our web site calculated for your order.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE:

It is possible that shipments may come from warehouses besides our own. Please keep in mind that in these situations, if you've made a multi-item order, items may arrive separately and at different times.
