Backpackers Pantry Pad See You with Chicken

Ingredients: RICE NOODLE (RICE FLOUR AND WATER), SAUCE (TAMARI SOY SAUCE (SOYBEANS, SALT), MALTODEXTRIN, SALT), MALTODEXTRIN AND SALT), SUGAR, GARLIC, CORN STARCH, PEPPER), CHICKEN (COOKED, DICED AND FREEZE-DRIED), BROCCOLI, ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL.

Allergens: SOYBEAN
Servings per pouch: 2

Directions: Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. Remove olive oil packet and add to other ingredients. Add 2-1/2 cups (600 mL) of boiling water. Stir thoroughly making sure noodles are fully submerged. Seal and let sit for 13 minutes. Stir and serve.

Tasty and gluten free!

Pretty tasty, it should be cooked a little longer and with more water than recommended, however. It's nice that it's gluten free. I've already ordered more.
