    Few Calories

Not bad as a few cups of something warm if you're just sitting around, or stuck in place. At 5000 calories TOTAL it doesn't cover two days of me working, but it will keep you from going hungry if you can heat some water. That being said, at this sale price its not bad. Buy 2-3 for a real 72 hours coverage. A little high on sodium for long term, but fine if you drink a lot and sweat a little. Get out there and cut up some fallen trees after the storm. I like some more spice, so pepper and Tabasco are mandatory add-ons. I also sprinkled on some extra cheese powder as needed. Add a big bag of jerky and it makes it a fine weekend kit.
