Worst flint of all time.
- I have collected many different types flint rod and this is personally my least favorite. It broke after about 3 uses and doesn't work very well on my first few tries. This flint rod shouldn't be used for anything except for beginners with fires and I can't recommend this flint rod.
- Massive chunk of steel. You will not wear this out any time soon. It comes with a usable striker. It throws good sparks. Lots of them. The kind that bounce around and burns hot. I have other ferro rods in my kits, but this one goes in my pocket or somewhere on my body. I will not be caught unaware. Survival is no accident.
