Ingredients: Idaho Potatoes (Dried), Sweet Dairy Whey, Nonfat Dry Milk Solids, Partially
hydrogenated Vegetable Oil (contains one or more of the following : Coconut oil, and
or soy oil) Corn Syrup Solids, Sodium Caseinate Dipotassium phosphate, Mono-Diglycerides,
Lecithin, Carrageenan, vitamin A, vitamin B, mono and diglycerides sodium acid pyrophosphates,
sodium bisulfite, citric acid, mixed tocopherols added to protect fresheness,
Contains: Wheat and Milk
Ghee or Butter softened.
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Stir potatoes, sauce mix, boiling water, milk and Butter in ungreased 1-1/2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until top is golden brown (if you'd like the top more golden brown, bake 5 minutes longer [potatoes will be softer]) and potatoes are tender. Remove from oven (sauce will thicken as it stands).
1 can Yields 8 servings
Boil 3 2/3 cups of Water. Remove Water from heat and mix in Instant Mashed Potato gently. Do not whip.
Salt 1tsp+ can be added to taste as well as 4Tbsp of Ghee/ Butter . For creamier mashed potatoes stir in additional water or milk.
