Why can't I log in?

Why is my name set to “John Doe”/Why is my first name set to “John”/Why is my last name set to “Doe”?

If part, or all of your name was empty, we populated it with “John Doe”.

My address is in the wrong country / My address is wrong!

If any part of your address was missing, we were forced to fill in “123 Main Street, Anywhere, AL, 12345”.

Items I recently added to the wishlist are missing!

Changes to your account after 12/21 could not be kept! You have to re-add the items to your wishlist. We apologize for the inconvenience.

My wishlist is missing!

Some products with options couldn’t be moved over successfully, and will need to be re-added.

What do I do if I have duplicate products in my wishlist?

Some accounts may have duplicate products in their wish list. To remove these items click the "Remove" button to the right of the item that is a duplicate.
