Shipping & Returns


The Coronavirus emergency has caused some of our orders that include food storage items to ship with a delay. Some of our foods are taking up to four weeks to ship. Most orders are shipping in 2-3 business days. We thank you for being patient as we work to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders that include food storage items are being shipped on a first come, first served basis.

Camping Survival offers FREE Shipping on all orders $79+ and a flat rate of $6.95 shipping on all smaller orders to the 48 contiguous United States.

For Alaska & Hawaii, we offer a flat rate shipping charge of $29.95. Expect delivery to your home in about 3-4 weeks via USPS. Whenever possible, we will accommodate your request to ship to a P.O. Box. However, we reserve the right to ship large or heavy packages to your physical address. Camping Survival does not ship to Canada or internationally at this time. 

Camping Survival fulfills and ships quickly. We ship the majority of in-stock orders within a few business days of receipt (Monday-Friday). Many times, we ship the same day. On occasion, there may be a slight shipping delay due to a spike in sales, natural disasters, pandemics, national holidays, and emergencies or airport/delivery service shutdowns.


We extend a 30 day, no-questions-asked return policy on unopened, unused products. Upon receipt of the returned items in their original packaging and condition at the purchaser's expense, Camping Survival will credit your original method of payment for the products purchased, less delivery / shipping charges. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Our address for authorized returns is: 4325 W Commercial Way, Suite D Salt Lake City, UT 84104. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
