How do I check my order?

New orders will ship on a 1st come, 1st served basis. We will send a tracking number to the email address you provide at checkout once your order ships.

How long will my order take to ship?
The Corona virus emergency has caused some of our orders that include food storage items to ship with a delay. Most orders are shipping in 5-7 days. Some of our foods are taking up to 4-6 weeks to ship. We thank you for being patient as we work to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders that include food storage items are being shipped on a first come, first served basis.For Alaska and Hawaii, expect delivery to your home in about 3-4 weeks via USPS.On occasion, as with the Corona virus, there may be a slight shipping delay due to a spike in sales, natural disasters, pandemics, national holidays, and emergencies or airport/delivery service shutdowns.
 
Where do you ship orders?
Camping survival ships to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada. Whenever possible, we will accommodate your request to ship to a P.O. Box. However, we reserve the right to ship large or heavy packages to your physical address.

How much does shipping cost?
Camping Survival offers FREE Shipping on all orders $79+ and a flat rate of $6.95 shipping on all smaller orders to the 48 contiguous United States. For Alaska & Hawaii, rates are calculated at checkout based on weight. Camping Survival also ships to Canada with rates calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?
We extend a 30 day, no-questions-asked return policy on unopened, unused products. Upon receipt of the returned items in their original packaging and condition at the purchaser's expense, Camping Survival will credit your original method of payment for the products purchased, less delivery / shipping charges. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or refund.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Who pays for shipping on returned items?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.Do you issue refunds?Outside of the 30-day return policy, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
